There is a short break in the heatwave, so I thought I would take this brief reprieve to log on, catch up on some posts, and apologize to anyone that I may have let down in one way or another this week. Be it, not blogging enough, turning in my reports late, or just being an overall twitchy bitch to ppl.
The weather reports are calling this one of the worse Summers recorded, and if listening to the weather reports were not enough proof of this, then the Fire Department showing up with jugs of water and small first aid kits sure as hell does.
Everyone reacts differently to the Summer heat. There are ppl who thrive in it… Suntan, swim, camp… and then there are some of us that absolutely die, in this weather… some more than figuratively.
We have been suffering heatstroke, downed power, and internet, and some fires. So, please, bear with me. Summer is more than half “over” and hopefully, not long after the official end, then mother nature will also catch up. Cooler weather is much needed. Not just for MY family but, for the many thousands in this region,
as well as all over Canada.
I promise I will do my absolute best not to shirk my responsibilities online, however, real-life comes first. Please understand this.
Please, I hope that everyone is keeping safe during this heat…
