If you are in Canada… DO NOT use Cogeco as your service provider. I swear, in the past year, we have massive disconnections. Both wired, and wireless. It’s horrible. Yes, I have complained but, do they listen? Of course not. It MUST be customer-based, even though they have been out here to see if it was our issue or theirs. It’s always theirs.
