You gotta Love Me, Love Me Harder

All bloggers, and some creators, feel this at some point in their careers… The burnout.

For me, it’s not exactly a “burnout” so much as I keep pushing myself to do more when I know I should take a break. Thursday was a prime example. I wanted to get as much work done as I could, and I ended up passing out because my brain was fried.

Always remember to listen to your body. If you have a mild (or major) headache, if you are hungry, or tired… take that break.

Don’t push yourself. Not only does your life come first but, if you were to “burnout”, you will lose more than if you just took that few hours, or a day to recoup.
