WordPress forced an update on many of us free users these past few weeks. I have been dealing with it the best way I know how… finding a loop around to not having to deal with it.
Honestly, there are likely a couple cool features to the new update but, I for one, hate change. And when they took away the “opt-out” option for the new editor, I lost my mind a wee bit. Just… a little. It’s not like I dreamt about the demise of the people that decided it would be funny to force unsuspecting software illiterate people like myself into using that god-forsaken editor. No, not at all. (hides the knives and gasoline under the couch…)
If you are following my social media (shown below, after the description), I will have a video up on FaceBook explaining my workaround. I do hope it will help you all out. I cover how to bypass the new editor (sort of) and also how premium users can get past the newest mess…I mean, a plugin location for those that prefer the classic vs new.
