Although I am truly, truly, unhappy with the machine that Jeff and his friend bought for me (which I am paying for remember!!) I AM happy with this website Pixlr. It literally has all the options that a basic photoshop has, and it’s FREE!
Sure you need the patience to look for the features but, I did the above photo with zero issues, and I think it turned out pretty awesome. What are your thoughts?
