Who I am, inside..

So lately, I am sure you have noticed, I have been experimenting with my photos.. Different filters, mild bokeh, loads of layers, and minor tweaks.

I am doing this because, I find that although I love my style of blogging, many people are looking for more of a fashion photographer style.. however, in my eyes, this takes away from what you are actually receiving in SL..

Meaning, when you buy the item.. you automatically expect it to look how it does on the photo.. which, in most cases, it doesn’t…

Now, this is not saying fashion photography isn’t AMAZING… hell, I wish I had the talent that many of the photographers, and graphic designers have but, alas, I do not…

So… I have been trying to come up with a happy medium.. something in between how I do things.. and how some of the awesome fashion photographers do.. And I think I am getting there.. however, of course, this all rests on YOUR shoulders.. The reader, the consumers..

In my photos, I have been trying to add more of a background, more items, decor, things like that..
And also giving my photos more of a glaze, a small filter, that anyone can pick up for their photoshop.. Which I mentioned in this post <- click there.

Let me know what you think of this change.. Should I keep at it, and try some more work arounds.. or, should I just go back to how I did things before?

For skin line releases, I will still do clean, clear photos.. because, really… why would you want a glaze on photos like that? You want to know what it is that you are going to be receiving but, I personally, am kind of liking my exploring… It’s a change.. and So Hawt SL turns 7 this year.. so, I wanted to try and bring in some fresh blood so to speak…

Anyway, I will let you mull that over, and I now present you with all the items that are included in these photos! Enjoy!
