It is very rare that a movie makes me stop, turn off all media, cell phone, pc, anything external from that movie…
However, for the first time in YEARS…
One has stopped everything and made me pay attention so not to miss one minute…
I know this is not an SL thing but, I wanted to share..
since I know many of you have children, or are children at heart…
Brave… the title says it all..
Brave is about a little girl and her relationship with her mum..
A child determined to make her own destiny and not follow in her family’s traditions..
This movie grabbed my attention and made me laugh, cry, it made me FEEL what the characters felt!
I know it is “just a movie” but, movie, books.. they are all based on knowledge, and that is what makes a good story, followable… Believable…
I rarely stand behind a movie.. the last one that touched me was, Borrowed Hearts.. and I still stand behind that movie as well..
I encourage that you share this with your family.. or watch it yourself.
This movie sends a POSITIVE message...
Follow your heart… follow your dreams.. but, never forget your family.. Your bond.
This is an AMAZING movie.. and who knows, maybe someone in Second Life will be able to make costumes, or memorabilia in the essence of Brave.
I hope that you enjoy the movie when you see it, and if you have already… enjoy it again.
