Recently I was the victim of a violent wave of Cyber Bullying..
I am not telling you this for attention for MYSELF but, to bring light to the fact that Cyber Bullying is 100% in full effect lately.
Now, I am no stranger to being bullied.. but I think.. this time. It affected me more because, this was a friend.. so….

Second Life, although it opens doors to high creativity, and the ability to meet new people, learn new things.. and have this potential to be amazing…. has also made Cyber Bullying.. that much worse.

I have seen it everywhere…
I have even made side comments that in my head, I know I should not do… however, no one is perfect.

My recent attack was made over a misunderstanding that got out of hand…
And instead of talking it out.. the person involved, decided to use personal real life information about me and used it to launch an attack.
When this happened, I admit, I did not handle it correctly because, being the attacked, I instantly wanted to protect myself.

For that, if I said anything to upset that person, I am sorry..
I have tried to apologize for anything I was personally responsible for… but, in the end.. nothing I said, justified what that person did in the end.
NO ONE has the right to use your REAL LIFE as a target.

This.. “event in my life” is not over.. it is still going on.

I have seen over the years, people attack each other..
On Facebook, Plurk, Flickr… and on many other Social Media Sites.

I wish that I could help all of you that have suffered through something as horrible as Cyber Bullying… but, I can not..

All that I can do is offer you websites on where you can get advice, and possibly help too deal with your own personal pain, and pray that it does not get as bad as things have gotten for myself.

Personally.. I am just going to ignore this person and all the people that he has involved into my personal life..

For others.. I will say a prayer for you, and hope that your Second Life.. and Real Life improve.
