The Vintage fair is about to be on it’s way!
It begins at 4pm, TODAY!
I have been all over this fair for the last few days, picking up things that were offered by the designers (A HUGE THANK YOU TO THOSE THAT OFFERED FREE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS), and picking up a few pieces that I just personally felt I could not live without!
The dress in this post is one of those items..
I was browsing through the shops and I happened upon Bonne Chance, and the creator Daisy (vitamingir) setting up…
I figured, it would not hurt to look and see what she had created for the fair, and the very first item I saw was this beautiful dress…
Something about it just called to me… can you imagine it?
“Morrrrganaaaaa….. you neeeeeeed meeeeeeeeee…. buyyyyyyy meeeeeeee……”
So, who was I to deny my inner soul?
So, because of something that happened recently to a designer friend of mine, Toxxic Rhiannyr of Alterego (you should totally check out her shop.. PLUG PLUG lol xox), I decided to ASK the designer if it would be OK for me to buy one of the dresses that were up because, I was not sure if the pricing was correct…
That being said, the prices at Bonne Chance are amazing and totally fair.. especially for the quality of clothing you are receiving.!
We got to talking and, she was so kind to send me some items for my blogging, and… omg, the dress was one of them…
I swear it was like, it was talking to me and saying how HAPPY it was to be HOMMMMEEEEEE… lol.. yeah.. I have flipped my lid over a DRESS!
In my defensive.. it is a gorgeous dress…
So it became a quest to find the perfect jewelery.. and perfect shoes… hair… skin.. eyes!
And I think I have found all the perfection to make this look come alive…

That is Peter.. aka, Archilon..
We have known each other for what seems like forever, in Wow and Aion and last night he came over to SL so we could see how his “super powered laptop” handles SL…
I don’t know what it is… I think he said something about AlienWare..
So, Peter joins SL and it becomes a makeover process, which of course, I was in head lead…
So I took him over to, -Entente- by Nazaire because it is the BEST one stop makeover place IMO in SL..
Everything on Peter is included.. even some items he is not wearing!
Hair, Skin, Shape, Clothing.. shoes, hairabses, eyes…. everything!!
This look was PERFECT for this post.. because, it is a little vintage.. a kind of 30′s meets 50′s… and it is perfect for a cross over style!

All in all this post is one of my personal favorites of all my posts..
Don’t get me wrong there are others and I am sure there will be more but, this one… I don’t know.. something about it.. was just… perfect.

As Peter was logging out of SL for the evening, I managed to get one hug from him before he left..

I love it for this look because, can’t you just imagine ladies in the 30′s bunching up their hair and putting it in a lazy braid, just to walk around the gardens?
Just… perfect…
The Jewelery.. I hunted for something that called out to me as much as the dress did.. and there were very few… “right feelings pieces”… but, Caroline Apollo of Caroline’s NAILED IT!
It is called, Dreams in Cream… so, perfect.. don’t you think?
It all came together.. amazingly…
